Volunteer managers give so much to others—but who supports you? Join us for Leading through Connection, an inspiring full-day professional development workshop designed for volunteer managers and coordinators across the Busselton–Dunsborough region. This isn't another workshop about policies and paperwork. It's an opportunity to step away from the daily demands, reconnect with what matters most, and discover a fresh approach to leading volunteers through stronger relationships, wellbeing and belonging.
In conjunction with Befriend we're introducing a supported Volunteer Coordinator Development Program. This consists of a one day in-person workshop plus four guided follow-up online sessions.
The on-line sessions will feature practical exercises and tasks that give volunteer managers the chance to keep practising what they've learned in the one day workshop. It is an opportunity to share experiences with one another in a peer supported environment. For just $50, participants get access to this ongoing program of hands-on learning and connection with fellow volunteer managers — a small investment in building lasting skills and a supportive peer network.
